ABOUT
Music Tells A Story
Heidi Pohl is a Chicago-based, Michigan-bred violinist with devotion for performance, collaboration, and teaching. From a young age, she had a need to express music and has developed an entrancing stage presence and a dedicated work ethic throughout her years of studying the violin to be able to execute this internal desire. She inspires a sensitivity and passion within her performance that transfixes the audience and transports them straight into the depths of the music.

Heidi is currently studying music performance at Elmhurst college. Presently, she is working on an album of short violin pieces to be released in the spring of 2020. You can watch her perform in the Elmhurst College Symphony Orchestra, quartet and chamber music ensembles, in recitals, and in the community for public and private events. In May of 2020, she will be performing Mendelsohn Violin Concerto in E Minor as one of the winners of the Elmhurst College Concerto Competition.
